Tiare Flowers provides floral arrangements, custom bouquets, and delivery services.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our website, phone, email, or in-store.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle as payment methods.
Delivery and Pickup
We offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius of our store. Additional miles are charged at $1 per mile.
Deliveries are made during our standard business hours. Specific time requests are subject to availability.
Customers may also pick up their orders at our store.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the flowers may be left at a secure location or returned to our store for pickup.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect flowers, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or store credit.
Non-Refundable Situations: We do not offer refunds for slight variations in flower color or arrangement style due to seasonal availability.
Custom Orders
If you request a custom floral arrangement, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Custom orders may require additional processing time and must be prepaid.
No refunds or exchanges are available for custom orders unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
Product Substitutions
In rare cases, if specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar flowers of equal or greater value, ensuring the overall look and quality remain intact.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used solely for processing orders and improving customer service.
We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
