How can I place an order?
You will be able to order directly from our website. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, we also accept custom orders via phone, email, or in-store visits.

Yes! If you need a unique arrangement, you can contact us by phone, email, or visit our store to discuss your preferences.
Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly flower subscriptions for homes, restaurants, offices, and hotels. Contact us to set up a subscription plan that suits your needs.
Delivery & Pickup
How does your delivery service work?
We offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius of our store. Beyond that, we charge $1 per extra mile.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Schaumburg and nearby areas. For long-distance deliveries, please contact us to confirm availability and fees.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Payment & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card, and Zelle for all purchases.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, we may not be able to make changes.
Flower Care & Special Requests
How can I make my flowers last longer?
- Keep them in fresh water and change the water every 1-2 days.
- Trim the stems at an angle every few days.
- Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for select arrangements if your desired flowers are available.
